- Objectively measured lost time and payments due to absences for Sick Leave, Short- and Long-term Disability, and Workers’ Compensation
- Self-reported presenteeism data from the HPQ, WLQ, and another validated survey instrument
- Enhanced demographics (including self-reported racial information)
- Job-related information (including Salary, job-type, full-/part-time status, exempt-/non-exempt status, return to work, etc.)
- Benefit design information (including benefit levels)
